On April 2, students of Spanish class "Ochiete" (combined 7th & 8th grade) along with Spanish Students of the Month from 4th & 5th grade attended the Education Outreach program at Margarita's restaurant in Augusta.  The estudiantes saw a DVD presentation about Mexican crafts, music, and  foods, toured the restaurant's extensive folk art collection, watched a cooking demonstration, and then enjoyed a Mexican  luncheon.  They tasted guacamole and salsa fresca, ate enchiladas, arroz y frijoles, and ended their meal with fresh churros dipped in warm chocolate sauce.  All agreed it was a "fiesta perfecta!"
